In this Yin Yang flow we will blend two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Opposites are complementary and are part of a whole, and after this practice we will feel more whole. (60 min.)

Upper Body Flexibility
In the practice we will work on the flexibility of our neck shoulders and arms. We will flow and open these parts of our body, essential body parts which helps us express ourselves. We will balance them using our breath and intention. (60 min.)
