Introduction to Mama-Yoga
If you are a mother, especially a new one, you know how much we have to give and sacrifice and sometimes forget ourselves and our practice in the process. This is a natural and normal process, and this introduction session will be our stepping stone for our journey back to our bodies, breath and mind.
We will practice relaxing and healing yoga asanas, talk for a bit, release some tension and share important mummy tips.
Some healthy snacks and drinks will be served in the end.
We encourage you to bring your baby! babies love being around people practicing, as they are the best with feeling the energy and vibes. While practicing we will always feel free to stop, relax, breastfeed or just staying still and happy, whatever feels good.
