Creating Together - a couples retreat at Can Rovira

Did you want to diversify your relationship beyond watching T.V shows and eating together? Did you dream that he would learn to give you a proper massage? Did you want to be able to fly her in the air easily? 

So after years of learning and personal experience, finally we have a workshop for you couples!!! 

In this weekend you will experience 4 exciting and one-time sessions, we will create new experiences that will stay with us forever. We will get tools for communication, playing, indulgence and deep understanding of our relationship, strengthen together, laugh and emerge more connected. The Workshop will take place in Can Rovira - a stunning boutique residence between vineyards and animals in the beautiful catalan countryside, 30 min from Barcelona! 

*** No background needed in one of the fields or previous experience *** (Maximum 5 couples per workshop) 

The Workshop schedule:

Day 1:

14:00-14:30 - Arrival and settling in the rooms

15:00-17:00 - Session 1 - Acroyoga For all levels:

we will learn to fly as a couple and try new things together, we will make the "impossible" easy and fun!

17:00-18:30 - Free time to enjoy the pool and the nature :-)

18:30-20:30 - Session 2 - Thai massage: 

Getting to know this wonderful world of mutual sharing and healing, 

we will learn how to give massage without breaking a sweat :-) 

21:00 - Vegetarian Dinner

Day 2:

08:30-10:30 - Session 3 - Morning Yoga Therapeutic Flying: 

We will do some Vinyasa yoga and then use the principals of the first 2 sessions to combine them to a delicious flying delight! 

10:30-12:30 - Breakfast and free time

12:30-14:00 - Session 4 - couples meditation:

we will explore the meditation world and get closer than ever with couples activities - heart-opening and relaxing.  

14:00-14:30 - Closing ceremony

14:30-16:00 - Picnic in the nature - we give you the pack and you pick your spot!

About Can Rovira:

Typical Catalan country house, spread on more then 50 acres and views the impressive and famous "Montserrat". 

The apartments of the rural complex are completely independent, with all the comforts and tastefully furnished.  

situated 1 kilometer from the small town Sant Llorence  d'Hortons, where you can find excellent super market for all your needs, few coffee places and the local bar. on the other side, 6 kilometer from the Finca you'll fall in love with the picturesque town Gelida. The rural compound is situated at 40 Km from Barcelona and 40 Km from Sitges.

Vegetarian Dinner and Breakfast and a Picnic lunch will be served and are included in the price.
