3 hours of playing, connecting practicing and flying together with wonderful people from around the world.

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS!!!

AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of Yoga , the dynamic power of Acrobatics, and the loving wisdom of Thai massage.

These three elements form a unique practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness.

The Solar Acrobatic Practice cultivates trust, empowerment and joy.

We'll work on strength building, inversions with spotting, and partner acrobatics.

The Lunar Practice combines the thai massage tools with Acro-Flying and using gravity for our enjoyment :-)
