Restart - Weekend Retreat with DidiYoga

These past few months were not easy... For so many of us, there is a growing need for connection - with others, the nature and especially with our own body and soul. In this special weekend we will use the practice of yoga to recharge ourselves with positive energy and gain balance. 

The venue:

Masia Can Rovira - a boutique country-side residence established at 1852, just 30 minutes from Barcelona.

All rooms are newly built, fully equiped and beautifully decorated. Enjoy the Heated pool, take a walk in the nature or play with the horses. This place is perfect for a relaxing weekend!

The Teacher:

Didi has been teaching Yoga since 2006. She is known for her individual attention for each student and his/her journey.
